REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 PHUMC BASKETBALL LEAGUE OPENS SEPTEMBER 15.
What information you’ll need for Individual Registration to play for PHUMC Team:
Student name, grade, school, jersey size
List of players or coaches student would prefer to play with
Parent information
Price: $125 (scholarships can be available if needed)
What information you’ll need for Team Registration:
Host church/synagogue (must be a church or synagogue)
Contact at the host church/synagogue
List of players that you know will play with emergency contacts & emergency contact phone numbers (please note, you can update this closer to the season if you need)
Price: $1,000 (must be paid online. Cash or checks will not be accepted)

This is a youth basketball league: 7th-12th grade.
This league is for students who are not playing and have not played AAA-sanctioned interscholastic basketball for their school at any point throughout the calendar year.
