Offer Them Christ
Kenneth Wyatt (1930-2021), Artist
Christian artist Kenneth Wyatt was best known for his portrayals of cowboys. Wyatt teamed up with the Foundation for Evangelism to paint another kind of traveler. Wyatt’s “Offer Them Christ” depicts an elderly John Wesley bidding farewell to Thomas Coke as Coke, Richard Whatcoat and Thomas Wasley are departing for America in 1735. Coke asked Wesley what do I tell them and Wesley responded by saying, “Offer them Christ”.
