PHUMC Diaper Bank

With 1 in 3 families experiencing diaper need and no diaper banks in central Arkansas, PHUMC chose to answer the call and open the PHUMC Diaper Bank in April 2019. The PHUMC Diaper Bank is a FREE community resource that is open to anyone in the central Arkansas community.

How To Receive Diapers

The PHUMC Diaper Bank is open on the first Wednesday of each month at the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church Gathering Hall, located at 4823 Woodlawn Drive, Little Rock. On that first Wednesday, the Diaper Bank is open for pickups from 8:30-9:30 a.m. and 6-7 p.m. You do not need to call ahead. Visitors will be asked to fill out a short form, but no documents are required on the first visit. On the second visit, visitors are asked to bring the child’s birth certificate to verify age (a copy is also fine). The birth certificate will be immediately returned to the visitor.

How to Help

Volunteer: Volunteers are always needed. If you’d like to staff the pickup desk, organize diapers or feel called to serve in another way, contact Erin Newbolt at hawleyerine@gmail.com.

Donate: Donations of diapers are accepted in any size and quantity. Open packages of diapers are also accepted. Diapers can be dropped off at the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church main desk Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and Sunday 8:00am to 12:00pm. You can also purchase diapers from an online retailer such as Amazon or Walmart and mail them directly to the church at 4823 Woodlawn Dr, Little Rock, AR 72205.

The PHUMC Diaper Bank is run by unpaid volunteers. 100% of monetary donations are used for diapers.
